Who we are
909 Junk Removal ("we," "us," "our") operates https://909junkremoval.com to connect people in the Inland Empire who need junk removal with local service providers who can do the work. We can be reached at quotes@909junkremoval.com or (909) 347-7369.
Information we collect
When you submit our quote form, use our chat, or call or text us, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, phone number, email, service ZIP code, a description of the job, and any photos you upload. We also automatically collect basic usage data (such as pages viewed and approximate location derived from your IP address) through cookies and analytics tools.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare and deliver a quote, connect you with one or more local service providers, communicate with you about your request, operate and improve our site, and comply with the law.
How we share your information
To fulfill your request, we share the details you submit with one or more independent local junk-removal service providers so they can contact you and bid on or complete the job. These providers are separate businesses, not employees or agents of 909 Junk Removal, and they are responsible for their own work, pricing, conduct, and privacy practices. We may also share information with service vendors that help us run our business (such as hosting, analytics, call/text, and payment processors) and when required by law.
Communications consent (calls & texts)
By submitting your information through our form or chat, or by calling or texting us, you agree that 909 Junk Removal and the local service provider(s) we connect you with may contact you about your request at the phone number and email you provide — by phone call, text message (SMS), and email, including through automated or autodialed means and prerecorded messages. Consent to receive these communications is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link. Replying HELP will provide assistance.
Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, to understand how our site is used and to measure our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Your choices & privacy rights
You may request that we access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Residents of California and certain other states may have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is shared, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined by applicable law. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at quotes@909junkremoval.com.
Data retention & security
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Terms of service
909 Junk Removal is a lead-generation and referral service. We are not a junk-removal company and do not perform junk-removal work ourselves. Quotes, pricing, scheduling, and all services are provided by the independent local service provider(s) you are connected with, and your agreement for any work is directly with that provider. We do not guarantee the availability, price, quality, or outcome of any provider's services, and we are not responsible for any provider's acts or omissions. Pricing shown on this site is illustrative and set by the fulfilling provider; your final price is confirmed by that provider before any work begins.
